Every workout can be modified or intensified, so beginners feel supported while seasoned clients are still challenged. We focus on intentional movement, proper form, and building strength from the foundation up, helping you gain confidence as you progress. What is Lagree?

The LaGree Method is an exercise method specifically engineered to strengthen, tighten, and tone the muscles effectively and efficiently without excess stress on the joints, connective tissues, or spine. Lagree is intense on the muscles and easy on the joints. The method with make you shake, sweat, and sore the next day. LaGree uses tried and proven training techniques and exercise such as planks, lunges, squats, push ups, as well as unique exercise such as Super Lunge, Catfish, and Scrambled Eggs. Centered on the eight principles we call the Magic 8, each workout varies in intensity in order to focus on physical changes, also known as positive adaptation.
